Participants wishing to present a paper should submit an abstract of the paper via online submission on this website.

Please note: presenting authors must register and pay the registration fee by May 31 to confirm their place in the programme. The early bird registration deadline is already May 15.
Please submit a short abstract (100-300 words) by 15 March 2019 via the online form. The language of submission and presentation is English. Participants can present one paper at most.
Abstracts are submitted via the Oxford Abstracts online submission system:

- You may amend your submission until the final submission deadline. Please note that uncompleted abstracts will not be reviewed.
